Nope, no particular reason for that quote or the song. That I know of. Nevermind, maybe there is afterall. A friend is going through this right now, and I want him to know, he isn’t alone. So many go through the end of a relationship, it’s the way of the world. We live in a paperlined wasteful society where it is just as easy to discard a relationship as it is to take out the trash. This one relationship may not have worked out, but keep the faith. I believe all the failed relationships we incur over a lifetime are merely stepping stones that lead our hearts to what is right for us. Whether it’s to be alone or with another. Because in the last love you will have, you will know what your are looking for, and what you are not.

Take from? Yes, all great relationships begin with a love of self, a knowledge of who you are and what you want and a willingness to not smother these things for the needs of another.
