Treasures on Earth

The home should be the treasure chest of living. ~Le Corbusier

Don’t forget! the 2014 Home and Garden Expo benefitting The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life is still going on! It lasts until September 28th, 2014. I have fallen in love with Moco Scribe of Moco Homes Emporium’s Atlantis Beach Cottage which is available right now and only at the event. I’ve been slow to get pictures up due to poor Internet connections, so if you want a quick sneaky peek (bc it includes the furnitures!) check it out here: I know you will love this build, because when it’s over, I’m not removing it, I simply love this house!
Try to tell me this bedroom wasn’t made just for me! Squeaaaaallll! Moo cows! (cow blanket added)
Lot’s of goodies at the event, from Second Life’s premier home and garden experts. For a list of designers participating, check out the following link! Because with 88 designers, there has to be something there for everyone!

  1. LMAO…. only you could find a cow bed cover, you really can buy anything in SL. I also love the way you’ve chosen one of the smaller rooms for the bedroom it works really well and oh yes, the way you’ve plonked the house on water that looks really great with the reflections so I will copy that too 🙂

    1. I know! I love the MP! esme!! I may move it to a bigger spot, but for now I wanted it to be in the front of the house 😀 I truly do love this house so much! Thanks for letting me blog it. ❤

    2. for some reason I always put my house on water, I mean right on it. I put pillars to hold it up (as if its needed) lol but I just love the thought of it. I lowered this one so it created more of a reflection pool effect and I think I will keep it low. You are an architect after a Southerner’s soul Moco. I don’t know if you intended it, but I love the “dog run.” (the hallway from front to back that allows air to circulate) that is such a big part of southern architecture. Classic, you have created my dream home in both worlds.

      1. Awww what a lovely thing to say! I wanted to create a beach house where as soon as you walked up to the front door you could see all the way through to the ocean. It’s true I do have an optimistic, idealistic, romantic soul – quite similar to that of Unikitty from the Lego movie! The house on the water like that with the reflections was inspired and it works beautifully. When I eventually put it out in the store I will steal that idea shamelessly ❤

I'm done inconveniencing electrons, any thoughts? Come on, you know you have 'em, post them up here.
