I like the new layout! I’m sorry I haven’t been visiting much lately but I’ve been running full tilt. This message means a lot to me – I’ve been trying to do just that for a while now. For instance, this morning and evening, when my usual 30-35 minute commutes ran over an hour, I practiced deep breathing instead of crying, swearing and bashing into the first car that cut me off.
