This round of The Couturier’s Dock will be closing Sunday November 18th 2012 around 12PM SLT so don’t miss out! Many of the items have expired by selling their 35 units, but there is still some great items to be found! I think the “Winter Flower” shoos add an incredible dimension to the “Winter Flower hat and scarf”, don’t you? What a playfully adorable romper called “Scarlett” that Pichi has included this round!

For the holiday season it’s always nice to have items available for all types of different festivities. I wore the “Scarlett” romper with a T-shirt and simple boots, but it would look equally chic with a pair of leggings, short jacket or sweater, making it completely inline with a typical current fashion trend of wearing shorts with leggings. Imagine this adorable outfit with a nice winter cap, some woolly leggings and a trim little pair of ice skates. You’d add the oo-la-la to any upbeat activity.

I absolutely fell in love with both the White Widow skirt and the Mad’ nails. Both designers items are high quality and a perfect addition to any model or fashionista’s wardrobe as they both play well with others on the toughest of styling assignments. Homophobia is a disease that has caused more deaths than HIV through history. Hate crimes occur every day worldwide and victims are people whose only crime is to have different preferences. It is incomprehensible that even today there are more than 10 countries that punish homosexuality with jail, some of them with life imprisonment and another 5 countries still punish homosexuality with the death penalty. Fortunately the homophobes are a minority, but the struggle for tolerance and inclusion is just beginning and we must all do our part to build a better world for future generations.

Come stand with us against homophobia and in favor of Tolerance on October 27th and 28th, 2012 at the Patch Thibeaud Auditorium, October 31 at Solo Evane Agency and November 3 at BeStyle Destrict Agency. Four shows showing unique designs created by the incredible designers of Second Life and modeled by some of the best runway models in Second Life. Once the fashion shows are over an exhibition will be opened where the designs will be shown for a week.
