I can’t begin to tell you what an honor it was to be asked to be in a vendor pic for Violator. This has been one of my favorite brands for a very long time, so actually meeting Soraya Vaher left me a little starstruck and tongue tied. The Violator brand has a special place in my heart because when I wear it, I not only feel elegant, at the same time, I feel fierce. There is no overly soft, fluffy, or frilly attachments in a Violator design. Every piece, is calculated with a precision that is deceptively soft.
This gown, is as regal as its name, “Dismissed, my Lord.” The figure appealing satin is trim about the body, but has a beautiful neck accentuating collar, much in the design of a royal robe. The color slash of the belting silhouettes a perfect hour glass figure. There is a skirt layering that cascades from the beltline and expands gently outward to further the visual appeal. No outfit would be complete without above the elbow gloves, the incredible ring and the “hat hair.” Since the dress is available in four colors, red as shown, ice, black and purple, I know there is one available for all skin types.
I hope you have a glamorous week and include Violator in your next gala event. I know I will! Taxi:
Finding myself a little backed up on the things I wish to blog, I emptied out my closets and started to shimmy into the different items to take some photographs. In the midst of the boxes and bags I found two gowns from Soraya Vaher of the Violator design house. Loving the eclectic nature of SL’s haute couture, I lovingly unboxed the pair and wow! The gowns are so exquisitely beautiful; it’s like finding a hidden treasure while combing the beach.
The gown shown above is the “Di Vernice” in red and gold. The material of the gown is exquisite and enfolds the body like liquid fire. The skirt is layered for added dimension and the entire ensemble includes a gold blossom jewelry that wraps within the skirting, up the bodice to the shoulder and finishes with a divine eye accentuating piece. Such a gorgeous gown, how could you not command attention while wearing it?
The picture below is the second little present I found in my closet and it is the “For My Lust” gown. When I put this on I instantly fell in love! The red and black silk is simply deific, the feathers heavenly! The banded waist hugs smoothly the sensuous area of the waist, the color blocking draws the eyes to a girl’s womanly curve. The neckline, shoulder and belt are hard-lined with craftily detailed jewelry that is independently works of art. The feathered wand and earrings are included and pull the entire look together. This is one of those gowns that upon donning, you just feel like a sensuous, desirable woman.
If you are looking for something to up your Glam factor, either of these offerings would fit the bill. Check out Violator today, I know you will simply love what you find! Taxi:
Swanky, glam, elegant. What more can be said about Violator’s new offering “It’s a Bitter Sweet Night?” The gown is a silky satin barely there number that offers peeks and glimpses of a womans beautyful curves. The front, bowed like a prezzy has a substantial onyx and Platinum accent piece that matches the gorgeous necklace and earrings. The head piece with a satin ribboned veil and metal banding is simply divine, harkening to a time when the news of the day always included the starlets of the Hollywood Golden years.
Saraya Vaher of Violator took out all the stops and created a couture piece that is guaranteed to make sure you are the center of attention at any holiday Soiree you attend this season! If you are looking for that outfit that will raise your model IQ a level, check out Violator today!
Recently I had the honor of receiving from Minx Glaz of Violator, an item from the jewelry pieces that were in the SL jewelry fair. I chose the Empire in White, it also comes in a positively gothicly divine black as well. I have to admit, one of my biggest beefs in Second Life is often the jewelry is too small to even be noticed. Not these pieces. They look and feel substantial and heavy. The jewelry was a series of “flowers” and thorns, giving it a noticable Haute Couture appearance. The crown, off center is a dramatic crown to any avatars appearance, the cross a thorn worn through the forehead. Each piece, whether worn together or apart is sexy and appealing.
When Soraya Vaher states her designs are “conceptual, substantial and definitive,” she’s not just marketing a product, her designs truly are. I first fell in love with this designers wares a few years ago. When I stumbled into her “store” the creativity left me in awe! Each design is a work of art unlike anything else in Second Life. The designs are rich, elegant, and filled with extreme drama. So if you want to wear mundane, go elsewhere. If your goal is to shock and awe, you will never be disappointed in Violator. This was just one of the many new items Vaher of Violator has released for Fall, taxi over today, I know she has a centerpiece set of jewelry perfect for any discerning model.
